CUCM 6/7 SIP Trunk utilization via SNMP

Hello All,

I would like to monitor the number of "CallsInProgress" for any given SIP Trunk on my CUCM using SNMP. The RTMT makes this information available under performance->Cisco SIP->CallsInProgress, but I am having no luck finding the correct OID for the SIP Trunk utilization.

What I found is the details of SIP trunks:

"ccmSIPDeviceInfo"                                                             "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14"

"ccmSIPTableEntries"                                                          "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.5.33"

"ccmSIPDeviceTable"                                                           "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1"

"ccmSIPDeviceEntry"                                                           "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1"

"ccmSIPDevIndex"                                                                "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.1"

"ccmSIPDevName"                                                               "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.2"

"ccmSIPDevProductTypeIndex"                                      "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.3"

"ccmSIPDevDescription"                                                    "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.4"

"ccmSIPDevInetAddressType"                                        "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.5"

"ccmSIPDevInetAddress"                                                  "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.6"

"ccmSIPInTransportProtocolType"                                 "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.7"

"ccmSIPInPortNumber"                                                      "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.8"

"ccmSIPOutTransportProtocolType"                             "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.9"

"ccmSIPOutPortNumber"                                                  "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.10"

"ccmSIPDevInetAddressIPv4"                                         "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.11"

"ccmSIPDevInetAddressIPv6"                                         "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.14.1.1.12"

"ccmSIPDeviceInfoGroup"                                                "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.3.2.23"

"ccmSIPDeviceInfoGroupRev1"                                      "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.3.2.31"

However there are no any counters for calls made available.

I know RTMT and Ops Manager can do it and I suspect it's not a straight forward. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Vlad.

Hello Vlad,

this post is a little bit older - but you could now monitor the utilization of the SIP Trunk with the new Operations Manager 8.5.

Kind regards,
