hi everyvne,
cucm for calls from outside, trying to integrate with the unity.
Phone systems is a defining part of the Telephony Integrations with cucm have to register.
I want to forward incoming calls to system handlers voice messages.
Is there a way ?

Hi Ergin,
I'm not sure I fully understand the question as it seems a little brief. However, yes, if you have DID's being forwarded off a dummy device, like a CTI Route Point, straight to voicemail, and if you have defined the extension for that device against the profile for a System Call Handler in Unity, then the greeting for that System Call Handler should be played to the caller from the PSTN.

Hi Craig,
I created a profile for System Call Handler in Unity from PSTN.
Example: ext.8000 to CTI Route point and for system call handler profile welcome ext. 8000 if we feel that.
When referring incoming calls from PSTN to ext.8000, redirect to voice messages.
I am sending the attached screenshots for CTI Route point and system call handler.

Hi Ergin,
Yes, those two screen shots look okay to me. I assume you are using Call Forward All to voicemail from the line for the CTI Route Point.
