CUCM 8.5, Broadcast LG, multiple appearance extension

Greetings,

Need some opinions...

DNs for a Line Group appear on about 5 phones (1 DN each).  These 5 DNs also appear on a 7962 w/sidecar as a line appearance for the supervisor.

For calls made FROM these lines, or directly TO these lines, the supervisor can see the line status on the sidecar.

However, when calls arrive thru the Hunt Pilot, to a DN in the (Broadcast) Line Group, the line status does not appear on the sidecar line.

Busy Trigger for each is 1.

I'm waiting for a testing update after changing the Algorithm to Longest Idle and Circular.

Any comments appreciated.

Here is the "tech note"

Note: Do not put DNs that are shared lines in a line group that uses the

Broadcast distribution algorithm. Cisco Unified Communications

Manager cannot display all DNs that are shared lines on devices

where the DNs are configured as shared lines if the DNs are

members of a line group that uses the Broadcast distribution

algorithm.
