CUCM 8.5 weekly call forward rotation

Hi All,

A user would like to have a call forward function configured that sends all calls to 2 numbers that rotate on a weekly basis? what would be the best way to do this? I have been looking at previous posts but was unable to find a related topic. Thank you in advance

Use Mobile Connect feature (aka Single Number reach), assign to different remote destinations to RDP and activate the one you want to use at any given time.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the reply, from what I understand Single number reach will allow you to associate another device to a main phone. can you explain further how it can be used so that it would automatically go to a different number on specific times?
