CUCM 8.x - Invoke a HTTP request/IP Phone service by dialing an extension

Hi Guys,

Can anybody tell me a way arround to make a HTTP request to a webserve just by dialling a specific extension.

I know we can achieve this by configuring IP Phone service, but this service can be activated only by pressing a (service)button. What I need is to activate this IP phone service be dialing an extension from PSTN.

I would appreciate if someine can give me an idea. Thank you in advance!

Thank you mate, Yes we do have UCCX, but my management don't want to invalve CCX in this configuration unfortunateley. They asked me whether CUCM can be configured to send a HTTP request to an external server by dialing a DDI.
