CUCM backup 7.x - 3 svrs in cluster - 1 failed

The server that failed had been down for a period of time (office relocation).  Server is now up, but the back up is not working.  It is working on the Publishr and the other Subscriber .  how do I get it running properly on the server that had been down ?  Message on Status says "unable to contact server. Master or agent could be down,   ERROR states : Host {server name} has  disconnected during backup,

i guess we need to check if the replication for this cluster is 2.

once we verify the replication between all the nodes are 2. to check the replication run the below command on pub

utils dbreplication status

also do check if the DRF service is running on the server.

Thanks for the things to check.  We determined there were some other issues going on on the server as well , we ended up rebooting the server before I could check your recommended steps for this particular issue. I really appreicate the reply and will keep for future reference.
