Hi,
I'm installing a new solution with CUCM (with CME in SRST mode) and Unity Express. My doubt is if it is possible to retain voicemail solution when users works with CME in SRST mode. I know that you can integrate Unity Express with CUCM and Unity Express with CME.

Hi Antonio,
You may want to consider SRSV (Survivable Remote Site Voicemail)
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6789/ps5745/ps10769/data_sheet_c78-600182.html
It will require an additional Network Module at the HQ site (Unified Messaging Gateway) This is assuming you are using a primary voicemail system (Unity Connection, Unity, etc) at your HQ location.
HTH,
Chris

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your response. Is this the unique option?
I need to integrate Unity Express, CUCM & CME in SRST mode in an branch office.
Could I not configure CME when works in SRST mode to use CUE locally? (when a network outage occurs)
Regards
