CUCM call reports

Hi All,

We recently deployed CUCM in our org on version 14.0, we had some users reach out to see if they can get call stats/reprots for some of their lines, a few examples would be, number of calls per day, average duration of calls, unanswered calls, etc.

My question is, is there anyway to pull this information from CUCM? If we need 3rd party tools, are there any good ones out there?

You can use CDR/CAR (assuming you enabled it, otherwise, no data is logged), refer to the documentation on CDR/CAR or play around with the tool to see if it provides what you need as they're all canned reports and you cannot modify them or create your own, also, data is only stored for a maximum of 6 months (or when the data fills up the DB allocation for CDR/CAR and data is overwritten)
