CUCM - CDR Analysis and Reporting Issue

We can run reports on some extensions and view the call logs for those extensions.  We have some extensions when pulling the reports, we are unable to view the call logs. Is there a setting that enable reporting for the extensions in questions? Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Hi,

Ran report on affected extensions, report produced limited information, only inbound calls, no outbound calls recorded. Checked the services and round the the below services in a stopped status. Tried restarting the Cisco CDR Agent, CDR Repository Manager, CAR Scheduler, and CAR DB all (Failed). We are running version 10.5, is this a bug? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Cisco CAR DB[STOPPED] Commanded Out of Service Cisco

CAR Scheduler[STOPPED] Commanded Out of Service

Cisco CDR Repository Manager[STOPPED] Commanded Out of Service 

 

Other troubleshooting steps performed below:

 

- Checked CDR Enabled Flag is enable (Pub, Subs)

- Checked critical Services (Pub, Subs)

- Checked syslog (Pub, Subs)

- Checked alarm logs (Pub, Subs)

- Checked CDR load (Pub, Subs)

- Checked CMR (Pub, Subs)

- Checked CDR File Time Interval (Pub, Subs)

- Checked Cluster ID (Pub, Subs)

Issue is resolved found the phones with the issue weren't properly setup with a calling search space. Thanks for your participation.
