CUCM CLI ACCESS

I recently started working for a new employer and they are running CUCM 12.5.1, I was testing out the passwords for the CLI and none of them work and no one knows the username or password to get in. I wanted to know is there a way that I can reset the CLI access for future use because right now I can't get into anything through CLI.

Yes, this has been asked many, many times at the forum, a quick search will provide all the information you need to do this.

Follow this guide and you will be able to reset the password. This cannot be done through SSH and its need console access. I guess at least you have access to the Vmware where the CUCM is running.

Thank you very much I really appreciate it, i was able to reset all of the nodes in the cluster.
