Dear All,
We have a CUCM cluster that needs to change the domain name in production; there are ten remote sites that are linked together. All other services are signed by the local CA call manager/Tomcat. Phones are resolving the FQDN of CUCM in order to register. Need help with the domain change process. What is the best way to go about doing this?

You can follow the Guide @TechLvr provided. Changing the domain will regenerate all certificates. If you want to use CA signed certificates for CUCM, sign the certificates after changing the domain.
Make sure you do this activity during the maintenance window and update the DNS properly.
