Right now my CUCM cluster is not on a domain, I am adding it to a domain and adding dns servers, so they it can support cisco-uds srv service. Will this break ITL files and ip phones in cluster? We have 5 nodes

Just follow the re-IP server guide to do this without impact to phones (performing in specific sequance), also keep in mind that these changes will require cluster reboot.
