CUCM - Forward to PSTN with original called number as calling party number

Hi,

I'm not sure how to achieve this in CUCM. I want that when a caller is calling a device in CUCM, let's take for example ext. 7777, and 7777 forwarded all his calls to his cellphone. Today, what happens is that when he gets the call on his cellphone he sees the original number that called, and not 7777.

What I need is that for him to see 7777 (the DID of course) instead of the original number that made the call.

What settings in CUCM can make this happen? And I need it to change this behavior for only a single device (in my case, CTI RP) and not for the whole CUCM.

Thanks!

  Slavik.

Hello Slavik,

I'm not sure I understand what you're looking to achieve, but if I understand it correctly - I think you need a translation pattern on the Voice Gateway that you are using for inbound calls, that transforms the incoming calls to CUCM in a number you want.

You can read more about Translation Rules here:
