CUCM LDAP Users Name display order

The LDAP synchronized user names are displayed in the corporate directory in the following format.

The last Name is followed by the first name.

But our users are expecting to see the first name followed by the last name order.

Any configuration can be done on the CUCM side to overcome this?

The Corporate Directory uses the "Display Name" field on the End User account. This field is populated via LDAP integration from your LDAP database using the "displayName" field. Modify that in LDAP and re-sync to CUCM. Here is an example of that field from AD:

Please refer to the attributes from CUCM. Display name populated in the correct format in CUCM. But not in IP phones.

What is the "Directory" IP Phone Service pointing to? (Device > Device Settings > Phone Services and select Directory)

Well, now... I'm a little stumped. From what you've shown us the names should be showing in First Last in the Directory from my understanding of how the system works. I'm going to investigate this a bit. Hopefully another of the folks here has a quicker answer for you.
