CUCM License issue after upgrading CUCM 9 to 11

We upgraded our CUCM from version 9 to 11, we had CUWL premium licenses earlier with version 9, but in version 11 CUWL premium not available, Cisco gave me equal count of Enhanced licenses instead of the CUWL premium license.

Now in the PLM (version 11.x) i can see a shortage of CUWL standard and Enhanced Plus, and these license types were not there before the upgrade, in version 9.x. Anybody can give me a clear picture why this happened and how to overcome this.

If you think you owned CUWL license, but you lost them during the migration you need to contact licensing@cisco.com and explain the situation. Be prepared to provide smartnet contract under which the CUWL licenses are covered.
