Hi All,
We've successfully integrated our CUCM and Panasonic PABX via SIP Trunk. Call From CUCM to Panasonic is successful however Panasonic calling to Cisco is busy. Panasonic are pointing the problem to Cisco since as per them, CUCM are replying CANCEL 101.
Call Flow.
IP Phone == CUCM == SIP Trunk == Panasonic PABX == Panasonic Phone
Could you help me to read the CM trace attached.
Timestamp 20:33
Calling = 306 (Panasonic Phone)
Called = 8721 (CUCM)

The logs show calls only to 306 from 8721, not the other way as your describe from 306 to 8721.
only invites seen:
INVITE sip:306@
So, if you are sure you dial 8721 from Panasonic extension, then looks like the call never makes it to CUCM.

Hi Chris/All,
As per checking the issue, Panasonic cannot make a call to Cisco and we actually receiving their call however it seems there is a problem before CUCM delivers it to the IP Phone.
I can see this error from the diagram of the conducted test call.
Warning: 399 CUCM02 "Unable to find a device handler for the request received on port 5060 from 192.168.1.8"

IP Address of CUCM: 192.168.1.12 - Publisher and 192.168.1.13 - Subscriber
IP Address of Panasonic - 172.16.21.95
192.168.1.8 - Gateway of CUCM.
