CUCM Role to Update End User PIN and Password

Hello everyone. I am looking for a role to assign an end user to be able to update the end user PIN and password of other end users. I have read the link below and was not able to find anything. Can the users PIN and password only be updated on the CM user page?

Hi there

I think the only role is CCMADMIN role. You have to provide user with this role to modify the end user. Also note this is an administrator role for the entire CUCM
