CUCM's CPU is spiking

We're seeing Call Manager's CPU spiking. Where/how can we see exactly what service/process that's running a muck?

From RTMT the trigged alarm can show you which service is consuming CPU utilization, however for more details ,  from CLI you can run the below show commands

show process load

show process using-most cpu

they will give you more details about CPU utilization and which service is using more CPU capacity.
