Hi . Is there a way to get real-time sip trunk call statistics by using SQL request on CUCM ? (CAR tool can show something but I don't like how it's shows there )

What statistics are you looking for?
How about using performance monitor on RTMT? It can show you call stats real time and/or write to log (csv file) for later review.
