I have a CUCM 8.6, configured to work with Tiger TMS for Hotels CDR and sign-in of guests.
it was working for years, but recently changing the guest names stopped working we get errors related to:
RU: Failed to change name ".." to ".."
Fetching Device Listing from CalllManager..
Failed.
when we try to open and the CUCM page: HTTPS://CallManagerIP/AXL/ is working properly and gives the message : The AXL Web Service is working and accepting requests. Use HTTP POST to send a request.:
