Hi,
We notice when pulling user information in Unity the response time is very slow around 35 seconds or so, when trying to import information from CUCM into the Unity system to setup a voicemail box for users it takes more then 35 seconds consistently. Can anyone inform on how to troubleshoot this issue. Any documentation would also be appreciated.
