If anyone has knowledge of the following please advise. Is it possible to utilize an existing CUCMBE r6.1(2) on MCS7825 platform in a redundant failover configuration with Cisco BE6K..? Cisco BE6K would be primary. Please advise

No, the concept of 6K does not exist below CUCM version 8.
Before that, it's a one box, one point of failure solution, and all the redundancy you could get, is SRST. Right now, that is the 5K solution from the BE portfolio
What you're asking for, are for all matters, 2 separate clusters, so, no redundancy whatsoever between them.
