CUDAC CUBAC CUEAC seat license

- Create one CUxAC login account on the server

- Three people login to CUxAC on three PCs at different times with the same login account

- There are never two people logged in at the same time

Will one CUxAC seat license suffice in this scenario?

The licensing appears to follow a concurrent connection model. Which suggests, that you only need one seat license in your scenario. From the link above:

Ordering Information

You  must order a Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console license for each  concurrent operator login. A maximum of six concurrent operator client  logins are supported per Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console  server. Example: If you need six attendant consoles logged into the  server at the same time, you should order six licenses.
