CUDAC not syncing CTI ports to CUCM

Hi,

When trying to sync CTI ports to CUCM from CUDAC 8.0.3.9, I get an "error" and it doesn't sync.  There's no error ID other than the word "error" for the status of the sync.

This started happening after I upgraded from CUDAC 8.0.0.5 to 8.0.3.9.  Is there something different with the two versions that requires different account permissions?  I notice that 8.0.0.5 refers to an ccm enduser account while 8.0.3.9 refers to a ccm application user account.  Do I need to create an application user account now instead of using the enduser account?  The CUCM connectivity test succeeds with using the enduser account.

Hi Vincent,

yes in 8.0(3) you need to use an application user instead of an end user account. This is also listed in the release notes for 8.0.3.9:

Changed the End User to an Application User since the CUxAC version is 8.0.3.
