CUE initializing failed

Hi,

Hope you all are doing well,

well I have an issue on my 2801 CME in initialization the CUE module, before the module was working but somehow unfortunately I have formatted the flash card by using flash card reader on windows 7 on fat32 filesystem, now I have go through some threads and came to know that CUE module uses Linux filesystem, now can anyone help me in initializing the CUE module following are the messages i received when i retested it. i will be very grateful for you assistance.
