well I have an issue on my 2801 CME in initialization the CUE module, before the module was working but somehow unfortunately I have formatted the flash card by using flash card reader on windows 7 on fat32 filesystem...
just open the switch and check the RAM, either one of the two RAM are not functioning. Secondly just remove the RAM and use any low pressure air blower to remove the dust in the slots and also clean the RAM, then install them and surely it will work....
