Hi,
I have a new 2911 with ISM CUE. The CUE is not responding to any calls.
In CME the 'debug ccsip message' and 'debug voip ccapi inou' both show the SIP invites sent to the CUE ip, but get no return messages.
In CUE, 'trace ccn stacksip' and 'trace ccn subsystemsip all ' 'show trace buffer tail' show nothing.
I can login GUI to configure CUE.
What other commands can I use to see the activities in CUE?
I suspect this a license issue, but the following information shows I have 2 voice ports. Only one voicemail box is configured at the moment. IVR disabled, 2 AA programmed.
