CUE not working properly after IOS upgrade

Dear all,

After upgrading my UC520 (4x BRI, 24U) device the voicemail function and AA is not working properly anymore.

When dialing the voicemail extension the line is completely silenced. I am running now the latest IOS (12.4 (20)T) including the latest restore to factory settings script 2.8.cfg.

Please advice how I have to proceed to get my AA and Voicemail functions up and running again.

I believe the 12.4(20)T has some problem, after upgrade my uc520 to this ios version my phones doesnt register anymore.

I had to downgrade the uc500 to previous version.
