cue problem?

Hi

i have a cisco unity express(NME-CUE) which is installed in a cisco cme.

i want to change the administrator gui login and password of the cisco unity express..

administrator gui login and password of the cisco unity express is configured from cme CLI after i enter the service module -offline - restore factory default and do the initial configuration.....

Is there a way to change the administrator gui login and password  instead of going offline and do the restore factory default and then the initial configuration as the cue is already configured and working fine..

2- a user with an ip phone 7945 forgot his voice mail password - he can`t access his voice mail and listens to his messages.. how can i reset his password so he can access his voice mail again?

Both the user's GUI password and the voice mail pin can be changed from the GUI at - configure -> users -> username.

Hi again

when i login to the cue via a gui as an administrator...

then i click the tap Report then call history an error message appears:

Error: Unable to login as administrator to the Cisco CallManagerExpress at site 'local'.

Details: CME login failed

i create another user in the service module using the cli and add it to the Administrator group but when i login to the cue via gui using the new username a message appear:

you are currently logged in without Administrator privileges, since the system has reached the maximum Administrators limit.

how can i view the call history from the reports tap when i login to the cue via gui?

i can login to the cme via gui fine and only 19 users appear to me when i click the report tap then call history even when i place more calls- the oldest call record deleted and the new ones is added. is only 19 users appear in this way ? can the list of 19 be enlarge maybe up to 50?

Yes, only one administrative login is allowed. That's why the second person sees that maximum administrators warning message.

For "CME login failed" problem, it is just that the CME GUI is probably not enabled on the router or the credentials are configured on CUE at "Configure -> CME"

Yes, I am not aware of any 19 user limit on the CME GUI. It should handle fine up to 450 users. Please contact Cisco TAC, and we should be able to help.
