i have a cisco unity express(NME-CUE) which is installed in a cisco cme.
username and password login is configured from cme CLI after i enter the service module -offline - restore factory default and do the initial configuration.....
Is there a way to change the username and password gui login instead of going offline and do the restore factory default and then the initial configuration as the cue is already configured and working fine..
2- a user with an ip phone 7945 forgot his voice mail password - he can`t access his voice mail and listens to his messages.. how can i reset his password so he can access his voice mail again?
