I am having an issue with BLF and CUEAC CUCM 7.1.5. None of my Device Names are populated in the Contact Details even though all of my devices are associated with users and have CTI enabled on the device and DN. If I add the device manually in the contact details of the CUEAC operator console then BLF presence works. I have followed the troubleshooting guide at https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-13895.

Hello,
Please check if the user (responsible for CUEAC communication with callmanager) have all the necessary permission as
per documentation. Also try rebooting CUEAC server.

Your screenshot shows the number with a "-" in it, CUEAC does a lookup on an EXACT match, therefore you would need the DN in CUEAC to be EXACTLY the same as the DN in UCM, otherwise it will not find the correct device.
