Version 8.5 of CUEAC is fundamentally different to the version you used to be using which came as part of the CUCM.
The old software would deliver calls to multiple lines on the phones as you have mentioned, however in CUEAC the calls are queued centrally on the CUEAC server allowing a more flexible, robust and scalable solution.
With calls queued virtually on the server (on CTI Ports), the operator logs into a single line on the phone and the server will deliver the calls to that line when the operator is available (forced delivery) or when the operator selects to answer a call (broadcast delivery). If the operator wishes to handle multiple calls at the same time then they can do this by placing the active caller on hold through the console.
