CUEAC 8.6.2 Blind Transfer

When a CUEAC operator blind transfer a call to an external number, this makes 2 calls

Senario

Operator receives a call, calling party wanted to talk some one else so operator decided to transfer to an external number.. say mobile

operator dials the mobile number on the console...press enter.. gets ring back tone.. the mobile start ringing..

Operator press transfer button....mobile stop ringing and receive another call...

This time it works...

If you are asking how to blind transfer using CUAC, you have to go to Preferences and set the Transfer option to Blind Transfer. You can also create Speed Dials in the Attendant console to mobile phones so the operator can simply drap and drop the call to the destination in one step.
