CUEAC 9. When blind transfer, CTI port is sent as calling ID for external calls.

Hi Everyone.

We have a problem with a CUAEC 9

The problem is when the operator perform a Blind Transfer to external number (Mobile for example), the calling id is the CTI port number, but we want the "original" calling number.

We are using MGCP to communicate with GW and Primary e1 line to communicate with IPS.

I see on forums to chance on Preferences>Advanced to "No Calls" can fix the problem, but it doesn't for external calls. For internal calls is working correctly. Could be MGCP the problem?  Can SIP fix the problem?

Any idea please?

Thank you

Best Regards

Try setting Direct Transfers to All under preferences. This will cause the transfer to be done from the operator's DN instead of the CTI Port.
