Thanks for the answers. Finally I was able to install CUPs SUB.
l set "all" on the Incoming and Ougoing ACL in CUP PUB .
Also The Cisco Sync Agent service was "not running" so I started it and reload the PUB.
Probably It was a lack of configur...
