Hi,
I have Cisco Unified Mobility Advantage 7.1, CUCM 8 and Unity Connection 8.
I have integrated CUCM and Unity Connection to CUMA 8.
When i connect my UMC client to the server I can not see my voice mails and call history.
In CUMA Enterprise Adapters when i click "Test Config" on every adapter it says that everything is ok.
Can someone please tell me how to troubleshoot it ?

Hello,
Please check if the Physical phone (IP Phone) 's MAC is listed under the users device association list. The call manager user here is the user the is used in CUMA for CTI.

Hi Hristov,
Please check the following,
1. In CUCM the DN and partition of your hardphone and UMC device are same.
2. If VM profile is included in line configuration ?
