In a new CUCM 7.0.2 + CUPS 7.0.4 + CUPC 7.0.2 contacts previously imported into CUPC from the AD now appear as if they were manually created. There is no more the status indicatore but a small telephone next to each contact...
Is this possible?
What could have couse this issue?
How can I fix it?

If the contact is not licensed to use CUPC, it will not show status indicator.

The contacts are licensed users that are correctly logged on CUPC.
Everything was working fine for few days and suddenly something has changed...
