Is there a way to get CUPC (I'm using version 8) to have a device profile as it's primary device? Or is there a way to have it so that a CUPC automatically associates to either a hard phone at home or another hard phone at the office?
I read this post, is it as easy as this? If so, what is the purpose of the "primary device" setting then? And are there any limitations?

CUPC treats EM profile as regular device. What kind of problem you were having with EM?

not sur if this is realted but we are having issues with our users that are logged in using EM and are also in a hunt group. When they log out of the Hunt they still receive calls on the CUPC 8 softphone client.
