CUPC adding contact from subcluster fail

Hi Friends,

I have two CUPS Server in same subcluster (one is publisher and one for subscriber) to perform HA (Balanced Users). As I checked Node State on both server is normal and main services on both server is running  (SIP Proxy, Presence Engine, Sync Agent, XCP Router) but when add new contact from difference server to contact list it appears for one second with status "waiting for confirmation" and  disapear from list.

I try to check configuration on CUCM and CUPS it seem normal and try restart CUPS but didn't help anything.

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue. I have one cluster with 2 subcluster. (One Pub (1A) and 3 (1B, 2A/2B) Sub) to perform HA (Balanced Users).All the relevant services are running. When i add contact (Person A) to Personal Communicator contact list and which is located in another sub cluster it appears for one second and disappear from list. When i moved all the users in one subcluster, it worked. But this is not a resolution....Anyone resolve this issue....

Try to Change from MDNS to Router-Router under subcluster settings. I assume your cups servers reside on different subnets.
