here is the situation.
1. extension mobility (based on 7940) user logged in with his credentials on 7941 phone.
2. He gets his phone settings and extension numbers.
3. logged into cupc 8.5 successfully but unable to check desk phone.
4. there is a system notification icon next to the deskphone check box.
5. upon clicking that icon user gets the error Phone Error. invalid line .
6. notification icon goes away after that but still user unable to control deskphone.
user roaming profile has "NO" dn attached to it. user device profile has a dn attached to it and user is associated with that dn. user phone has
Allow Control of Device from CTI checked and user is controlling CSF profile and Device Profile. Note "user has no physical phone assigned to him".
