CUPC - HVD Agent service - 34 seconds to startup

Hello,

When installing CUPC version 8.5.5 to latest 8.6.3 , a service is installed as "Cisco HVD Agent".

The performance analyzer has shown that this service takes an awful amount of time to start : 34 seconds as you can see in attachment.

What is the aim of this service ?

Can we disable it without affecting CUPC functions ?

Nobody has an idea ?

Maybe nobody uses CUPC...

I know Jabber is far more better, but until the migration I have to deal with CUPC...
