CUPC Softphone Call-List

Hi,

pre-sales question:

Is there a possibility for having a call list if my customer use cupc with integrated softphone in case his pc is switched off?

Customer requirement is to have a call list even in the case his pc is down. In LYNC there is a solution with exchange server. Can I use CUPC in addition with Unity Connection to have a similar option like lync, that the user gets an email in case of an dismissed call? Even if the caller didn´t leave a message on unity connection?

We are looking for this feature since we are playing with CUPC !

It seems that the responsible Cisco Manager believes that the users don't need this - in contract to MS!

We are waiting for a solution, because it should be easy for the CallManager Service to send the info to the CUPC Server,

where the Call History is already stored when a CUPC or CUCIMOC/CUCILYNC user is online.
