Does MOC support presence status? Like when I dial someone will it show them on the phone? If not or if so do you have documentation on this?
Right now I can click to dial people and thats it. I just want to use RCC so thats what I have setup.

Yes, MOC support presence status on controlled phones.
When the phone status changed, CTI msgs were sent from CUCM to CUPS. CSTA msgs were sent from CUPS to OCS. OCS will update MOC client.
