Hi,

New CUPS install. Two users login into CUPC and status Available. They both add each other as contacts, but both show as offline. They both can change their status from Availability to other options.

Also from one of the user CUCP, if I put the mouse next to the mail, i get the pop up box, with dialpad, email and chat. With the other user, I get nothing, same config for both users.

What am I missing with both issues

Hi,

Looks you like you are only getting the self-persence info, only self subscribtion is working.

Do you get any other presence infor for other users, like phone presence "on phone" etc
