I installed the CUPS upgrade from 8.5.3 to 8.6.1 on Friday night. Prior to this, I was able to connect my CUPC account to use my softphone with no issues. However, this morning, I'm noticing that it's in a loop of connect/disconnect. Desk phone connection is working fine, however.
Server Health dialog in CUPC shows all normal except when it disconnects, it will briefly indicate that my gateway router IP is "stopped" (not so much true). Also, everything is "green" on the CUPS diagnostics page and services are all running as expected.
CUCM 7.1.5.30459 (Post SU4)
CUPS 8.6.1
CUPC 8.5.3
Any ideas what I can check or why it might behave this way?

Did you use UPCxxxxx for the softphone... If Yes try CSFxxxx as softphone (Client Service Framework)

I have created (and they've previously worked perfectly as) UPCxxxxx. I can try CSFxxxxx, but I don't understand why it would have just stopped working...

CUPC 8.x uses Cisco Service Framework CSF
CUPC 7.x uses Cisco Unified Personal Communicator UPC
