I have CUPS 8.6.3.10000-20 and recently noticed that following XCP service under Features service stop running:
Cisco UP XCP Text Conference Manager
Cisco UP XCP Web Connection Manager
Cisco UP XCP Connection Manager
Cisco UP XCP SIP Federation Connection Manager
Cisco UP XCP XMPP Federation Connection Manager
Cisco UP XCP Message Archiver
Cisco UP XCP Directory Service
Cisco UP XCP Authentication Service
But both Cisco UP XCP Router and Cisco UP XCP Config Manager under Network service tab are still up and running.
I've tried to start all 8 components but all failed then tried to restart XCP Router service to brint those 8 back in line, but still failed.
Any suggestion to bring them back online rather than restart server?
