We have migrated to CUCM & CUPS 8.6 integrating with OCS 2007. There are a few users that is having problem to make a call via OCS with the error “No Phone System Connection”.
I have also used RTMT to capture the logs during the test call and only see the below message which doesn't look useful.

On the OCS admin side, we have also ensure that the "server URI" and "line URI" is set correctly.
What else could be a problem?
PS : we have login/logout the user and also rebooted the user PC.
