When I look at the users in Presence Admin (Application, CUPC, User Settings) there are two columns on the right that say client type and client version. For a majority of my users both are blank, however for a few users it does contain correct information. The only difference in the accounts that I see is that when the user ID has uppercase letters it is blank, if it is lower case then the fields are populated.
Has anybody else noticed this?
