Hi
I'm using Presence 7.07 and Outlook 2007.
The presence bar customize show in outlook and get name of contacts... but don't call. I'm add the contact on outlook to personal contacts and editing fields, so after update the cups dial the numbers?
It's normal? The cups calls just contacts on personal contacts list on Outlook?
Thanks
Peterson

Peterson,
I believe you may be looking for Application Dial rules. Application Dial rules are programmed on the CUCM (CallManager/Unified Communications Manager) server. The dial rules will take digit strings you specify and normalize them to what you need.
Check here:

Example.
I receive a e-mail (a person of my company) and outlook allow I call this person using the cupc on tool bars. But the number field is blank or not available.
So when I add this person on my personal contact list on outlook, I can edit this telephony number field and so call.
My problem not is manipulation digits. Is call number not available until I don't add the people on my personal contact list on Outlook, on another words, the cupc by outlook don't use the telephony number of contact from Outlook, just when I add this contact on my personal contact list.

Hi
This is unfortunately how the software seems to work - you can't dial directly from the GAL/Outlook 'from'/'to' fields, but can add people to your personal directory and then dial them. It does seem a little odd as the information is already there before you add it to the directory.
In my lab I had Click2Dial (the UC Widget) set up on the same workstation, and this allowed a right click/Additional Actions/Call to be done on the 'to'/'from' field in emails to people who aren't in the contacts list. It would be nice if CUPC had this capability!

Aaron

Peterson,
Now I understand your issue. As Aaron (+5 for you Aaron) said you can use the click-to-dial widget to accomplish this task.

Bill
