Hi folks, there are options to configure Presence service at CME side and also found those configurations at CME System Admin Guide, but I can't find any option or any document to work with CME from CUPS side.
Can you please have any input on it?

Would you mind sharing the CME System Admin Guide where it states CUPS is supported?
Thanks!

it's not clearly stated it supports CUPS, but a chapter named 'configuring presence service' at page 929 and also some commands like enabling presence, allow dn and ephones devices for monitoring, etc. one possibility is there like it has own capability to monitor and notify/subscribe through SIP, and the CME itself plays the role.

I see. 'presence' is a generic word. It doesn't mean CUPS. As far as I know, CUPS doesn't work with CME. It's because CUPS need to synchronize user and phone configuration with CUCM database via AXL. CME is not capable of that.
The 'presence' in CME docs was referring to BLF (busy lamp field).
